Into the Sun examines one key core idea: change. The four main songs all reflect different aspects of change: Accepting it, Embracing it, Correcting its path, and the consequences of rejecting change entirely. Through and through, ‘Into the Sun’ is a metaphor about our journey through life, and the decisions we make or reject. Sometimes change can hurt – as coming too close to the sun would – but it’s important to keep an open mind to help you grow into a better person. You’re always better off crashing into the sun than you are losing yourself in empty space.
